All items are made-to-order, you may expect up to 7-10 days for production. We guarantee to dispatch our orders within 10 working days.
Our orders are sent with HongKong Post include tracking service. Your dispatch email will contain the tracking details for your convenience.
We are currently offering free worldwide delivery on orders spent over HKD650.

Delivery times for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities which are subject to situation of flight availability, customs clearance, aviation security check, other uncontrollable circumstances such as disaster, political risk, strike, war or epidemic, etc as well as the territory coverage. For destinations in extensive territory, it may take more delivery time.
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or any uncontrollable circumstances.
Orders will ship to the address provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed. Items will not be refunded if they are shipped to the wrong address. You will be expected to re-purchase your order if you would like it sent out again to the correct address.
Each of our pieces is handmade and unique, while we take great care to make your order with precision, it may slightly vary from website images.
We always make sure our orders are shipped out well-protected. All orders are carefully paper wrapped and packaged in a hard cardboard box.
As each of our pieces is handmade especially for you, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges. If you believe that your have received a faulty item, please contact us in 3 days upon received so we can assist you.
